✅INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1/4 cup canola oil for frying
✅INSTRUCTIONS:
1- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, rice vinegar, red curry paste, sriracha sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, paprika, garlic, and ginger. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
2- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and panko
1/4 cup breadcrumbs + 1/4 cup panko
3- Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture.
4- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce
