Patakha Chicken

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, Fusion Patakha Chicken 💥 is coated in a sriracha 🔥 and mayo 🥣 sauce. 😋


✅INGREDIENTS:


peito de frango1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes

iogurte natural1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • suco de limão1/4 cup lemon juice

vinagre de arroz1/4 cup rice vinegar
  •  

  • ketchup2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

  •    
    açúcar1 tablespoon sugar     
  • curry2 tablespoons sriracha sauce


  • sal1 teaspoon salt

  • pimenta-do-reino1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • cúrcuma (açafrão da terra)1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


cominho em pó1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

páprica defumada1/4 teaspoon paprika powder

  • alho1/4 teaspoon garlic powder



gengibre1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

  • farinha de rosca1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • queijo ralado1/4 cup panko

  • óleo1/4 cup canola oil for frying

manteiga1/2 cup mayonnaise

curry1/4 cup sriracha sauce 


✅INSTRUCTIONS:


1- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, rice vinegar, red curry paste, sriracha sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, paprika, garlic, and ginger. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.


2- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and panko

farinha de rosca1/4 cup breadcrumbs +  queijo ralado1/4 cup panko


3- Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture.


4- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.


5- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce
