✅INGREDIENTS:
For the Gulab Jamun Balls:
1 cup of milk powder
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons of ghee
2-3 tablespoons of milk
A pinch of cardamom powder

For the Sugar Syrup
1.5 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
A few saffron strands
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
1 teaspoon of rose water
✅INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Preparing the Gulab Jamun Balls
1.1- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and a pinch of cardamom powder
1 cup of milk powder + 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
baking soda+ A pinch of cardamom powder
1.2- Add ghee to the dry ingredients and mix well
2 tablespoons of ghee
1.3- Gradually add milk and knead the mixture into a soft, smooth dough
2-3 tablespoons of milk
1.4- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into smooth, crack-free balls
Heat oil or ghee in a pan for deep frying, Fry the prepared Gulab Jamun balls on low heat until they turn golden brown is Remove them and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
3- Preparing the Sugar Syrup:
3.1- In a separate saucepan, combine sugar and water
1.5 cups of sugar + 1 cup of water
3.2- Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens
3.3- Add saffron strands, cardamom powder, and rose water
A few saffron strands + 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder +
1 teaspoon of rose water
4- Soaking the Gulab Jamun
4.1- Place the fried Gulab Jamun balls into the warm sugar syrup
4.2- Let them soak for a few hours, allowing the balls to absorb the syrup and become soft and sweet
